Q & A Sending my Swimsuit Dryer for repair
What if I don't have the original packaging?
If you don’t have the original packaging you will need to box or wrap the faulty Swimsuit Dryer in a box now larger than: 25″ x 18″ x 18″. Any items returned in boxes larger than this will incur an additional handling fee of up to $200.00.
How long will it take to return my Swimsuit Dryer?
Once your Swimsuit Dryer has been collected we aim to provide you with a cost to repair this within 5 – 7 working days (including transit). From receipt of PO or payment we usually repair and return repaired Swimsuit Dryers within 10 working days. As a guide you will need to consider your Swimsuit Dryer may be out of commission for up to 3 weeks from the date we collect this.
** Please note: If you do not have a credit account, we will not proceed with any repair works until payment has been received.
How much will a repair cost?
This is dependant on what is required. Our products have been designed to be robust, durable and simple. We ask four simple questions to help us determine what a fault is and we will try to provide the most accurate quotation as possible. However, in certain cases if the questions have not been answered correctly, or there additional items required the cost will be higher. If you product is less the 5 years old and there is no excessive water damage to the motor, this component will not require replacing during this time.
What if I disagree with the quotation?
If you are unhappy with the quoted price we can either: recycle it for free (minimum charges will not be billed), part exchange your Swimsuit for a new or factory refurbished model or return the equipment to you, minimum charges apply to cover labor and shipping costs.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes, we provide a 12 month labor warranty and 2 years warranty on any electrical parts fitted.
** Warranty does not cover shipping costs or labor if the unit was returned with a different faulty part. If your Swimsuit Dryer is over 5 years old we may recommend it is replaced.
